Santos earned a degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston and also spent over a decade in residential and commercial construction before entering real estate. His background gives clients a unique advantage when evaluating homes, inspections, repairs, and long-term value. 

Outside of real estate, Santos is actively involved in the community through local schools, charitable initiatives, and family-focused client events.
