Adalia has been serving residential buyers across the Greater Houston area for 2 years. As a native Houstonian and former teacher, her specialty is educating first- and second-time homebuyers, whether new construction, and resale properties; proudly finding her clients their dream homes while saving them thousands of dollars. Skilled in guiding clients through their complex decision-making processes, contract negotiation, Houston market analysis, and committed to client relationship management. 13 years of experience across K–12 education, a Tier 1 university, and community college settings, Adalia brings her background in education & counseling to every homebuyer's journey. 

Outside of work, Adalia is spending time with her husband, Brian. As we speak, they're living the dream; training for 5 or 10Ks, hanging out with her nieces & nephews, traveling locally or internationally, having dinner at a local spot, or walking their adopted pittie, Rosy.
